These had the most reviews on Amazon and was their best seller for the sleep supplement category. Let me tell you, I’ve never taken a dissolvable tablet before and the first few nights, it worked pretty good. I would feel drowsy and slip into sleep after 20-30 mins. I would have crazy dreams, but I thought that was a good thing since it meant I was getting into the REM cycle of sleep. The only problem was I would wake up super foggy and it took me at least half the day to shake it off. Maybe I needed something with less melatonin. I liked the fast dissolve aspect but the taste wasn’t the best. It was a little bitter and had a funky aftertaste to it.

Pros: Got me to sleep within 20-30 mins
Cons: Taste was a little bitter with aftertaste. I woke up with horrible fogginess that took me a half the day to shake off.
