Today there’s so many things that cause us to have sleeping issues. About 70 million people deal with some sort of sleep disorder. There are approximately 80 different types of sleep disorders, but the top ones are insomnia, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, jet lag and narcolepsy. However, some can just be related to the day to day stress and anxiety of living our lives.
